Who pays for the Probate fees and Legal fees?

What do I do with all the personal belongings in or on the property?
RelPro LLC allows you to keep all personal items in or on the property, if you choose. You are not required to clean or remove any items you do not wish to keep.
How do I move, if I have no one to help me?
RelPro LLC works with local charities to assist you with moving your personal belongings. Abraham and/or Joe will personally help you move in the event you have no one to help you.
What if the property has a lien, a mortgage, or owes taxes?
RelPro LLC will handle everything from A to Z, the price we agree on is the amount you receive at closing. RelPro LLC will pay backed taxes, pay off mortgages and/or liens, at closing or before closing if the situations requires it.
